SSE specializes in providing independent analysis of market trends and manufacturing facilities associated with China solar panels.
SSE seeks to facilitate access to Chinese manufacturers and support the supply of solar equipment to the market through our local agents.
SSE can also provide extensive quality control services on all shipments to allow importers to reduce risk professionally.
Why?
Solar equipment is expensive; it only works well in those areas where governments subsidize it. We strive to bring customers closer to the source of the products and work hard to reduce the risks associated with that. This way, solar energy becomes increasingly accessible to more people.
We help facilitate not only complete orders of containers but also support the growth of co-operative buying groups that allow people to purchase single or multiple pallets of an entire container.
SSE is aware that the solar market has experienced massive growth and there is a great need for independent analysis and transparency: SSE is not tied to any one brand or customer.

How do I purchase solar products?
In order to purchase equipment we will put you in contact with our local agents. There are three levels of service available:
1) Transactional Level:
a. We manage financial transaction securely and efficiently
b. We perform exchange rate risk mitigation
2) Logistical Level:
a. We manage financial transaction securely and efficiently
b. We perform exchange rate risk mitigation
c. We manage all aspects of the logistical process
3) Extended Level:
a. We manage financial transaction securely and efficiently
b. We perform exchange rate risk mitigation
c. We arrange freight to specified location
d. We perform stringent Quality Control Procedures in line with AS1199 during production and loading
e. We offer warranty support and validation
What happens if a product is faulty?
SSE lists copies of all manufacturers' warranties that outline how to process faulty products. SSE has offices in mainland China and in its territories of operation through its agents. If there are problems with faulty products then we will do our best to help communicate your claim with the manufacturer and aid in the validation of said claim. Where possible, our agents will also stock spares of the products in order to give you a replacement as soon as possible.
What if I want to place an order for a number of pallets but I'm outside of the territories currently serviced by SSE agents?
In this scenario, SSE and its agents will help support you to fill a whole container and create your own co-operative on an on-going basis. |
