Introduction of Chaori

Shanghai Chaori Solar Energy Science&Technology Co., Ltd. was established in June 2003 and located in No. 738 Qigang Rd, Yangwang Economic Area, Fengxian District, Shanghai, with register capital RMB 115 million.

Our company occupies an area of 15 thousand square meters, where 12 thousand square meters standard workshops have been built. We mainly specialize in various monocrystalline and polycrystalline solar modules and solar lights. Over 95% of the solar modules are exported to Europe and America, very popular in different markets.

In 2004, we were named Shanghai New&High Technology Enterprise by Shanghai Science and Technology Committee. In 2005, our solar module acquired Shanghai Core Product Certificate. In 2006, we gained IEC61215 (2nd Ed), TUV Safety Class II certificates and National Core Product certificate as well.

TUV and IEC certificates are quite important for the global market especially European market. They stand for both quality and security of the products accord with the international standard, which can circulate freely in international market.
At present we own two 100% subsidiaries: Shanghai Chaori (Luoyang) Solar Energy Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Chaori International Trading Co., Ltd. We also invest another company: Shanghai Jinglong Investment Holding Co., Ltd. In 2006, our turnover has reached RMB 434 million, with RMB 6 million tax contribution and RMB 23 million net profits, achieving great- leap-forward development.

Successfully, in June, 2007 we finished raising capital from private placement before we go public on domestic Stock Market of A-shares .On 12th October, 2007, we changed to Shanghai Chaori Solar Energy Science&Technology Co., Ltd, which symbolized our entering formal procedures of going public on stock market.
